Specific Symtoms

How can we help you ?

  • Neck Pain.

Many factors can contribute to ongoing neck pain, including unresolved physical injuries, tension, postural problems, emotional and mental stress, even problems with the jaw joint (TMJ) can contribute to ongoing neck pain.

Dr Euan uses gentle Chiropractic techniques to help your body release tension and work through the underlying source of your pain so that you can resolve your troubling issue.

  • Back Pain.

Back pain, especially long term back pain, has many causes and contributing factors, many of which can be addressed with Network Care.

Ongoing back pain, can stem from unresolved physical injuries, disc problems, postural problems, even emotional or mental stress.

Dr Euan will help you to release tension, regain flexibility, alignment, and help you work through the underlying imbalances so you can regain your strength and enjoy your body again.

  • Tension & Pain.

When your body gets stuck or locked in a stress response, you may start to notice extra tension, poor flexibility, less energy, diminished clarity of thought (brain fog), and even poor decision making.

Stress causes a whole body response and has whole body effects.

Built up stress and tension causes extra pressure around the spine and joints too. These pressures can lead to pain, inflammation and degeneration of joints, but they wont always cause pain.

  • Poor Posture.

Generally, poor posture results from either major traumas and injuries that immediately and significantly change the way you 'hold yourself', or from smaller repetitive stresses on the body.

When you put excessive stress and strain on your spine, muscles and joints over time, tensions start to build up. Sometimes you will notice these tensions as aches and pains, or you may not notice them at all. As tensions build further, your body begin to stiffen and lose flexibility. However, this need not be the case. It makes sense to look after your spine, and if you look after your spine, your spine will look after you.

People frequently notice their posture change after just one adjustment at WellWellWell. As your body lets go of tension more efficiently over time, you'll find your posture starts to maintain itself better, and for longer, in both standing and seated positions.

  • Migraine & Headache.

For headache and migraine sufferers, head position, neck pain and restriction, build up of tension around the neck, skull, jaw and shoulders can all influence pain levels and symptoms.

If you have been suffering along with nasty headaches, migraines or other aches and pains, Network Care is a very specific gentle Chiropractic approach that can be tailored to your help you with your specific headache symptoms.

  • Stress & Anxiety.

Stress can be defined as having to deal with one more thing than you are comfortably able to.

High stress levels, whether at work or home, real or imagined, produce a physiological state in the body known as the "fight - flight" or "stress" response. The stress response, tightens muscles (especially spinal), rounds the shoulders and makes breathing shallow. It also diminishes blood and oxygen flow to the parts of the brain responsible for relaxation, clear thinking, creativity and personal growth.

The care we offer is specifically tailored to help you release tension from your body and learn how to adapt to your bodies stress response better so you don't take it home to your loved ones.

We may also suggest a cooperative approach with other health care providers to help you get the best possible health outcome.

  • Disc Problems.

When discs suffer wear and tear, or when an injury occurs, discs begin to wear down, lose their elasticity and may even bulge, causing inflammation and irritation of nerves. If this situation is left untreated, symptoms can increase, causing pain, loss of sensation and even paralysis.

Disc degeneration tends to occur little by little as we age, but injuries to the spine or underlying poor posture, misalignment and other spinal problems may speed up the degeneration process.

It’s a good idea to take care of your spine as best as you possibly can, especially if you have a ‘problem’ disc.

At WellWellWell, we can provide you with all of the benefits of Chiropractic, including reduced pain and inflammation, improved function, and better posture, using more gentle techniques and without the use of manipulation.

  • Sciatica.

The Sciatic Nerve runs from the lower back (L4-S3), through the buttock and down the back of the legs. This nerve is the widest and longest single nerve in the body.

Problems arise when the sciatic nerve is irritated due to mechanical, inflammatory and other factors. Common causes for sciatica include disc problems, spinal degeneration, spinal stenosis, congenital problems, poor posture and excessive muscle tension in the piriformis muscle.

Sciatic nerve symptoms can be frustrating and debilitating. Our goal is to help identify how and why your sciatic nerve is irritated and get you on the path to recovery as quickly and painlessly as possible.

  • Chronic Fatigue.

Fatigue can be defined as a normal response to physical exertion or emotional stress. Normal fatigue over longer periods of time can lead to more chronic and severe symptoms (often referred to as Burnout, Adrenal Exhaustion or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

The wide spectrum of symptoms and sometimes more disabling effects of CFS means that some patients can lead relatively normal lives, while others are bedridden.

Other symptoms can occur as a result of long-term fatigue including recurrent sore throats, muscle pain, back pain, tender lymph nodes, variable patterns of headaches and poor memory and concentration.

At WellWellWell, your initial consultation is tailored to you and your unique concerns. After reviewing your history and symptoms we conduct a detailed analysis of your spine and nerve system to highlight likely areas of stored stress and tension. • Fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia symptoms often extend well beyond physical pain, into debilitating fatigue, constant muscle aches, digestive disturbances and anxiety. These symptoms are thought to arise from an over-reactive Nerve System which produces full body, widespread and variable symptoms.

Routine treatment for Fibromyalgia often includes exercises, drugs, anti-depressants and counseling type therapies.

  • Low Energy & Burnout.

Poor sleep, concentration and memory, anxiety, low energy, fibromyalgia, tension, chronic pain syndromes and depression have ALL been linked to high stress levels.

Stress builds up over time, as tension in the body. Both stress and tension can restrict motion, tighten muscles, raise blood pressure, change posture, increase your susceptibility to back pain, neck pain, headaches and further injury.

Sometimes the only symptom of stress may be lowered general energy or a loss of vitality.

At WellWellWell we offer tailored, personal care to help you achieve greater body balance, more energy and ease.
