Your first visit
The first appointment runs for approximately 1 hour. It includes a full conversation about what's been happening for you, a spinal and nervous system assessment, and your first session. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what was found and what care might involve.
What to expect
Appointments are quiet and unhurried, with the full session focused entirely on you. There's nothing to bring and nothing to prepare for. Just come as you are.
