Your first visit
The first appointment runs for approximately 1 hour. It includes a full conversation about what's been happening for you, a spinal and nervous system assessment, and your first session. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what was found and what care might involve.
What to expect
Appointments are quiet, unhurried, and focused entirely on you. The work is gentler than most people expect, nothing to brace for, nothing to prepare. There's nothing to bring. Just come as you are.
