Everything you need to know about the cost of care, what your health fund may cover, and how to get started. No surprises.
Fee schedule
All fees are in Australian dollars. The initial consult includes a full health history conversation, spinal and nervous system assessment, and your first hands-on session (allow 60 to 75 minutes). Follow-up visits run between 10 and 15 minutes.

The 10-visit package represents the best value per session and is designed for patients who want to engage in a sustained course of care. Packages are paid upfront. If a package is discontinued before all visits are used, refunds are available on the unused portion, with visits already taken charged at the standard single-visit rate and the balance refunded.
Private health insurance
Dr Euan is a registered Chiropractor, which means your visits may be claimable under the Chiropractic benefits of your private health extras cover. The amount you can claim depends on your fund and your level of cover, it's worth checking with your insurer before your first visit.
Medicare EPC Plans for Chiropractic Care are accepted when an appropriate referral is provided from your General Practitioner (GP).
WHAT TO CHECK WITH YOUR FUND
Whether Chiropractic is included in your extras cover, your annual limit, and whether your limit has reset for the year. Most funds operate on a calendar-year basis.
CLAIMING ON THE DAY
HICAPS is not available at the practice. We issue receipts which are claimable online from your health fund, at a time that suits you.
Common Questions
Do Chiropractors in Sydney accept health insurance? Yes. Visits at WellWellWell Sydney may be claimable under the Chiropractic benefits of your private health extras cover, depending on your fund and your level of cover. HICAPS is not available at the practice; we issue receipts that are claimable online with your fund at a time that suits you. Medicare EPC plans for Chiropractic care are also accepted when an appropriate referral is provided by your GP.
How much does the rebate cover? That depends entirely on your fund and level of cover, and funds do not publish a standard rate for practices to quote. The two things worth checking before your first visit are whether Chiropractic is included in your extras cover, and how much of your annual limit remains. Most funds reset limits on a calendar-year basis.
Before you come in
To make the most of your first visit, please download, print, and complete the relevant intake form before you arrive. This allows Dr Euan to review your health history ahead of your appointment and means more time is spent in conversation rather than on paperwork.

Cancellation policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur the full session fee. This reflects the time reserved specifically for you and the difficulty of filling that slot at short notice.
If you need to reschedule, one same-day change is permitted at no cost, subject to availability. Please get in touch as early as possible, the earlier we know, the better the chance of finding a workable alternative.

The practice is open Tuesday to Friday. New patient first visits are available on Wednesday afternoons and Thursday mornings. Follow-up appointments are available across all open days.
