Conditions We Help

A gentle, nervous-system approach to some of the most common reasons people seek Chiropractic care in Sydney CBD.

Most people arrive at WellWellWell with something specific — a neck that won't settle, a back that seizes without warning, headaches that have become a background feature of daily life. Others come with something harder to name: a body that's been braced for too long, an exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix, a sense that something has quietly gone offline.

Both are welcome here. And both, more often than not, have something to do with how the nervous system is organising tension, stress, and the accumulated load of a demanding life.

Dr Euan McMillan works with a wide range of conditions at this practice. The primary approach is Network Spinal Care — a gentle, precise technique that works at the level of the spine and nervous system to release stored tension patterns and support the body's own capacity to self-regulate. Manual adjusting is available where appropriate.

Pain & Structural Conditions

Neck Pain One of the most common presentations at this practice. Whether it's stiffness, restricted movement, referred pain into the shoulders, or tension that builds through the day, Network Spinal and manual adjusting can both play a role — tailored to what your spine actually needs.

Back Pain From acute episodes to long-standing patterns that flare and settle without ever fully resolving. Gentle care that works with the nervous system tends to produce more lasting results than approaches focused on the episode alone.

Migraine & Headache Tension headaches, cervicogenic headaches, and migraines often have a strong spinal and nervous system component. Care here focuses on the underlying patterns rather than managing each episode in isolation.

Sciatica Pain, numbness, or tingling that radiates into the leg. A gentle approach can be particularly appropriate here, especially for people who are nervous about more forceful treatment.

Disc Problems Bulging or herniated discs don't always require aggressive intervention. Network Spinal's light contacts can support recovery by reducing the nervous system's protective response around the affected area.

Poor Posture Postural changes are rarely just a matter of effort or habit — they reflect how the nervous system is organising the body. Addressing the underlying patterns tends to be more effective than trying to consciously correct position.

Stress, Fatigue & Nervous System Conditions

Tension & Stress Physical tension held in the spine and body is often the most tangible sign of a nervous system that hasn't been able to fully discharge accumulated stress. This is one of the most direct applications of Network Spinal care.

Burnout For people who have been operating at or beyond capacity for an extended period and whose body has begun to reflect that cost. Recovery from burnout benefits enormously from nervous system support — not just rest.

Stress & Anxiety The body and mind aren't separate in this experience. When the nervous system is stuck in a pattern of alert or hypervigilance, both physical symptoms and anxious thinking tend to follow. Care here works at the physiological level.

Chronic Fatigue Persistent, unrestorative fatigue that doesn't respond to rest alone. Often involves a nervous system that has shifted into protective mode and struggles to return to a state of genuine ease and recovery.

Nerve System Dysregulation When the autonomic nervous system loses its flexibility — the capacity to move fluidly between activation and rest — it affects sleep, mood, digestion, pain sensitivity, and energy. Network Spinal works directly at this level.

Fibromyalgia Widespread pain, sensitivity, and fatigue that conventional approaches often struggle to address effectively. A nervous system-based approach can offer meaningful support, particularly for people who have found other treatments too forceful or short-lived.

Energy Issues / Healing For people who are generally well but feel that something in their vitality, clarity, or capacity to recover is not quite where it should be. Care here supports the body's natural restorative capacity rather than treating a specific diagnosis.

Not sure where you fit?

That's fine — and honestly, quite common. Many people who come here aren't sure how to name what they're experiencing. They just know something isn't right.

The best thing to do is come in for a first visit. Dr Euan will take a thorough history, assess your spine and nervous system, and give you a clear picture of what he's finding and what he thinks would help.

There's no pressure to commit to a course of care on the day. The first visit is about understanding your situation properly.
